Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2E1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,990 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR2E1P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein serine/threonine kinase activity, Sulfur compound biosynthetic process, and Negative regulation of small molecule metabolic process. Each is linked with OR2E1P in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2E1P-to-partner and partner-to-OR2E1P results are reported.
