Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2E1P RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR2E1P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher OR2E1P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2E1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML show a favorable association.
STAD, LAML, and ESCA are the cancer types where OR2E1P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
