OR2D3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2D3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,823 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2D3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF215, OR10A5, and OR6A2. Each is linked with OR2D3 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2D3-to-partner and partner-to-OR2D3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR2D3 versus ZNF215 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2D3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2D3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
