OR2D3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2D3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,522 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2D3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NBEAP3, USP9YP2, and RNU6-1213P. Each is linked with OR2D3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2D3-to-partner and partner-to-OR2D3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NBEAP3 grouped by OR2D3-low versus OR2D3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2D3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2D3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
