OR2D3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2D3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2D3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIG-6, p27_pT198, and YB-1_pS102. Each is linked with OR2D3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2D3-to-partner and partner-to-OR2D3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIG-6 grouped by OR2D3-low versus OR2D3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2D3→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2D3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
