OR2D2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,466 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2D2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC11C, CD38, and NANS. Each is linked with OR2D2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2D2-to-partner and partner-to-OR2D2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, OR2D2 versus SEC11C in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
