OR2D2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2D2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR6, IFNK, and CARTPT. Each is linked with OR2D2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2D2-to-partner and partner-to-OR2D2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR6 grouped by OR2D2-low versus OR2D2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
