Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2C1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR2C1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher OR2C1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2C1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCS, STAD, and THCA are the cancer types where OR2C1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
