Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2B6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR2B6 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher OR2B6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2B6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and LUAD are the cancer types where OR2B6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
