OR2B2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2B2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,741 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2B2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUP93, RNU6-878P, and SEC23IP. Each is linked with OR2B2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2B2-to-partner and partner-to-OR2B2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUP93 grouped by OR2B2-low versus OR2B2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2B2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2B2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
