OR2B11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2B11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,823 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2B11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to biotic stimulus, Peptidyl-tyrosine modification, and Regulation of peptidyl-tyrosine phosphorylation. Each is linked with OR2B11 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2B11-to-partner and partner-to-OR2B11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cellular response to biotic stimulus grouped by OR2B11-low versus OR2B11-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2B11→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2B11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
