Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2AT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,301 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2AT4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA replication, Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis, and Cytokinesis. Each is linked with OR2AT4 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2AT4-to-partner and partner-to-OR2AT4 results are reported.
