Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2AT4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR2AT4 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher OR2AT4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2AT4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

LUAD, LIHC, and LUSC are the cancer types where OR2AT4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
