OR2AS1P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2AS1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,629 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2AS1P-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2T34, GAPDHP53, and RPL34P29. Each is linked with OR2AS1P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2AS1P-to-partner and partner-to-OR2AS1P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2AS1P→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2AS1P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
