Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,128 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2AP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to membrane, Virion assembly, and Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with OR2AP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2AP1-to-partner and partner-to-OR2AP1 results are reported.
