Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR2AP1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR2AP1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher OR2AP1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR2AP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, LUAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where OR2AP1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
