OR2AP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR2AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2AP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDM13, MAGEA10, and HELB. Each is linked with OR2AP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2AP1-to-partner and partner-to-OR2AP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRDM13 grouped by OR2AP1-low versus OR2AP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
