OR2A7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR2A7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR2A7-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR1B10P2, GJE1, and RNU6-1316P. Each is linked with OR2A7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR2A7-to-partner and partner-to-OR2A7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AKR1B10P2 grouped by OR2A7-low versus OR2A7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR2A7→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR2A7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
