Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1X1P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,668 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1X1P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA biosynthetic process, Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with OR1X1P in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1X1P-to-partner and partner-to-OR1X1P results are reported.
