Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR1X1P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR1X1P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher OR1X1P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR1X1P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and CHOL show a favorable association.

KIRC, STAD, and ACC are the cancer types where OR1X1P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
