OR1S1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR1S1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1S1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIAS4, WSCD1, and CTR9. Each is linked with OR1S1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1S1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1S1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIAS4 grouped by OR1S1-low versus OR1S1-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
