OR1N2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1N2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1N2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ARID1A, and 14-3-3_zeta. Each is linked with OR1N2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1N2-to-partner and partner-to-OR1N2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by OR1N2-low versus OR1N2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1N2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1N2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
