OR1L8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1L8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1L8-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT5a, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with OR1L8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1L8-to-partner and partner-to-OR1L8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT5a grouped by OR1L8-low versus OR1L8-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1L8→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1L8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
