OR1L8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR1L8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1L8-associated genes across cancer lineages are UTF1, LGALS16, and CLEC2A. Each is linked with OR1L8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1L8-to-partner and partner-to-OR1L8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UTF1 grouped by OR1L8-low versus OR1L8-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1L8→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1L8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
