The most reproducible OR1L6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EIF4G1, HECA, and TLN1_S2040. Each is linked with OR1L6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1L6-to-partner and partner-to-OR1L6 results are reported.
