OR1L4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1L4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 886 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1L4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZMYND19, SNORD115-9, and CUEDC1. Each is linked with OR1L4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1L4-to-partner and partner-to-OR1L4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZMYND19 grouped by OR1L4-low versus OR1L4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1L4→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1L4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
