Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR1L3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 474 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1L3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HUWE1, ATP7A, and MUC2. Each is linked with OR1L3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1L3-to-partner and partner-to-OR1L3 results are reported.
