OR1J1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1J1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1J1-associated genes across cancer lineages are c-Met_pY1235, FoxM1, and Notch1. Each is linked with OR1J1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1J1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1J1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, c-Met_pY1235 grouped by OR1J1-low versus OR1J1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1J1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1J1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
