The most reproducible OR1J1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCR8, BHLHA9, and GOLGA6L6. Each is linked with OR1J1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1J1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1J1 results are reported.
