Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR1I1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR1I1 data layer compared with 10 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher OR1I1 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR1I1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where OR1I1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
