Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1F12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,941 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible OR1F12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Protein acylation, and RNA 3'-end processing. Each is linked with OR1F12 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1F12-to-partner and partner-to-OR1F12 results are reported.
