OR1F1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1F1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 647 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1F1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBFA, ERCC2, and TIMM44. Each is linked with OR1F1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1F1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1F1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBFA grouped by OR1F1-low versus OR1F1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1F1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1F1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
