OR1E2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR1E2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1E2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRPM7, USPL1, and KNL1. Each is linked with OR1E2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1E2-to-partner and partner-to-OR1E2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRPM7 grouped by OR1E2-low versus OR1E2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1E2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1E2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
