The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher OR1D4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR1D4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, KIRC, and LUAD are the cancer types where OR1D4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
