Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1D3P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,325 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1D3P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA metabolic process, rRNA metabolic process, and Peptidyl-lysine modification. Each is linked with OR1D3P in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1D3P-to-partner and partner-to-OR1D3P results are reported.
