Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR1D3P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR1D3P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher OR1D3P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR1D3P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PAAD show a favorable association.

ACC, THCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where OR1D3P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
