Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR1C1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1C1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSX3, BPIFA1, and KRTAP10-10. Each is linked with OR1C1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1C1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1C1 results are reported.
