OR1B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR1B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL18, XAGE5, and OR7D4. Each is linked with OR1B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1B1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL18 grouped by OR1B1-low versus OR1B1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
