OR1A2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 412 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6815, CYLC1, and TRDJ4. Each is linked with OR1A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1A2-to-partner and partner-to-OR1A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6815 grouped by OR1A2-low versus OR1A2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
