Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,119 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Methylation, Glucose metabolic process, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with OR1A1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1A1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1A1 results are reported.
