Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR1A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 624 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P19, POTED, and C8orf89. Each is linked with OR1A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1A1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1A1 results are reported.
