OR1A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR1A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATR, SIPA1L3, and SMYD1. Each is linked with OR1A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1A1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATR grouped by OR1A1-low versus OR1A1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR1A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR1A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
