Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR1A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR1A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR51T1, GSG1L2, and KRTAP5-6. Each is linked with OR1A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR1A1-to-partner and partner-to-OR1A1 results are reported.
