Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR13Z2P RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR13Z2P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher OR13Z2P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR13Z2P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and UCEC show a favorable association.

DLBC, LIHC, and THCA are the cancer types where OR13Z2P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
