Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR13C4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR13C4-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, Annexin-1, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with OR13C4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR13C4-to-partner and partner-to-OR13C4 results are reported.
