Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR12D3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,151 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR12D3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ATP metabolic process, Establishment of protein localization to membrane, and DNA conformation change. Each is linked with OR12D3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR12D3-to-partner and partner-to-OR12D3 results are reported.
