OR12D2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, OR12D2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,593 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR12D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNFT2, UFD1, and PGAM5. Each is linked with OR12D2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR12D2-to-partner and partner-to-OR12D2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNFT2 grouped by OR12D2-low versus OR12D2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (OR12D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→OR12D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
