Across TCGA cell cohorts, OR12D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 194 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible OR12D2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to food, Negative regulation of innate immune response, and Regulation of type I interferon-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with OR12D2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both OR12D2-to-partner and partner-to-OR12D2 results are reported.
