Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR11L1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated OR11L1 data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher OR11L1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR11L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and SKCM show a favorable association.

BRCA, STAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where OR11L1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
