Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, OR11H7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated OR11H7 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher OR11H7 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated OR11H7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and UCS show a favorable association.
KIRP, COAD, and UVM are the cancer types where OR11H7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
